OOC ☯ AU history
Origin - After getting oozed along with the other TMNT a wave of water washes down the tunnel as Splinter tries to gather the baby turtles. He manages to save three from the current but one the forth was lost.
The little turtle was found a day later by a half blind homeless man who had heard the turtle crying. He makes the mistake of feeding the strange creature which promptly started following him everywhere. The old man, Andre, was at a lost at what to do with his little tag along but quickly gave in and adopted it as a pet...until it starts talking. Then he name the turtle green, scavenged enough clothes to hopefully hide his true nature and appointed himself as his guardian, in return "Green" helped Audre around as his eye sight continued to fail eventually leaving the old man blind.
Sadly Green and Andre's time together ended when Andre passed away and "Green" was left to fend for himself until a girl dressed in black catches him stealing her food. Surprisingly they manage to become friends. She even took him in on a fearfully, and near fatally, cold winters day and renamed him Meiyo. The girl's name was Karai, and her father, The Shredder, is not happy with this. But Meiyo's attempts to defend Karai from his punishment amused The Shredder enough for him to spare Meiyo, as long as the little turtle proved his worth.
A few years after that both of them were sent to Japan to take charge of the branch of the Foot operating there....
Season one - He's in Japan for the whole thing.
Season Two: 40 – 42 City at War – Michelangelo takes Leo's place as the turtle who tries to save as many people as he can from the gang war. Meiyo replaces Karai's tall and short assistants. He also kicks Raph's shell since Raph is all O_O over the fact Meiyo is a turtle.
36 The Ultimate Ninja – (Yes I'm episode Juggling this now takes place after city at war) The Ninja wants to prove himself the best by beating the Shredder, but Raph defeated the Shredder, and Meiyo defeated Raph (In city at war). So Meiyo is the one the Ultimate Ninja challenges … and loses to. The Turtles have no idea this even happens.
45/46 Rogue in the House – Meiyo sticks by Karai's side, and then over sees the evacuation of the ship once he hears about the bomb
49 – 52 The Big Brawl – Meiyo is invited to join by the Ultimate Ninja who plans to kill him in the contest. The other TMNT still follow Splinter into the portal and enter by mistake. Raph sees Meiyo in the hall of past champions and stays behind to make sure he doesn't do anything to Splinter or Yoshi's statues. He sees Meiyo get attacked and intervenes his unwillingness to see another turtle set upon out weighing his willingness to see a member of the foot get his shell kicked. They're both about to get over whelmed when Usagi comes to help them. The episode carries on as normal, with Meiyo fighting Usagi and Don staying by Meiyo's side. Although this time it's because Meiyo is another turtle rather than because he's Don's brother.
And yes Michelangelo still becomes the battle Nexus Champion
Season Three: 53 – 58 Space Invaders/Worlds Collied – The Foot is ordered to stay out of the fighting and bide their time during the Triceraton attack. And even if they weren't, Meiyo has been handed over to Hun for punishment for failing to will the battle Nexus.
63 New Blood – Meiyo stays by Karai's side for this. And shoots hidden glares at Chaplin. He's not particularly fond of this loud guy with a crush on his sister.
67 A Mission of Gravity – While under Karai's orders it's Meiyo that contacts the turtles for help in saving the people of Beijing. He falls in the crate with the other turtles and saves Karai just like Leo did.
Raph: You really are crazy aren't you?
Meiyo: Would you not do the same for your siblings?
70 Hun on the run – Meiyo is captured along with Karai.
71-75 Reality check/
Raph and Meiyo both get sent to Usagi's world and are forced to work together to find any chance to get home. They reach the Nexus with help from Usagi and after defeating the Ultimate Ninja/Drako are returned home.
**Gravi-Turtle is still the leader of the Super Turtles, And Meiyo is on the turtles side in SAINW, he defected because he couldn't live with what Shredder was doing. Karai refused to go with him, and each never forgave the other.
77-78 Exodus – Only Mikey Slips into Shredder's leaving party with Casey, Raph takes Leo's place with Splinter, Don sneaks in with Leatherhead and Professor Honeycut. Meiyo and Karai are worried about what will happen when Shredder leaves the planet. While she entertains the guests on the surface Meiyo goes below to keep an eye on things, he's fighting with Donatello and Leatherhead when Shredder is attacked by the other turtles. He then boards the ship with Karai and Shredder. While Karai fits Shredder out in his stronger suit Meiyo goes to guard Chaplin, thinking that the Turtles would go to the bridge to disable the ship. He's still there when the ship comes under attack by Bishop but there's nothing he can do to help Chaplin. Chaplin tells him this and the turtle goes to meet Shredder and Karai at the power core when Chaplin finds out the other Turtles are breaking into it. The fight has already started by the time he arrives.
Splinter, Don and Mikey are fighting Shredder and Raph fighting Karai. He brakes her sword, but Karai still has her kusarigama and seemed to have the upper hand until a blast rocks the ship while Raph tries to disarm her, Karai loses her balance and falls on Raphael's sai.
Meiyo is enraged at seeing his sister fall and attacks Raph with a fury unseen before. The ship is hit by Bishiop's missiles again and Meiyo almost fell to his death but Raph saved him. Meiyo shoved him away saying he just wants to get Karai out of the fray, only for Shredder to kick Raph back towards Meiyo and while Raphael narrowly avoids getting impaled on Meyio's sword he is still grievously wounded,
And yet, he tried to stop Shredder from finishing Raph off once the other turtles are defeated. Shredder attacks Meiyo for this claiming that he's become to insolent.
Meiyo is knocked out of the power core hitting the wall with enough force to stun him, Shredder follows to end him Meiyo tries to escape but is too slow as Shredder's claws impale him though the shoulder. It is at this point that Karai still bleeding from the wounds Raph had inflicted on her comes to Meiyo's aide, just as a final missile hits the ship causing an emergency lock down which closed them out of the power core and the turtles in. Shredder abandoned his attack on Meiyo and Karai in favour of getting back into the power core. Inside the Turtles rig the ship to blow, but thankfully the Utrom's prevent this from happening.
The Urtom treat everyone's wounds and send them back to earth, but they exile the Shredder.
Karai, having just lost her father forever swears revenge on the turtles.
Season Four: 86 Bad Day* – At the end of the Episode Meiyo tried to convince Karai to take the failed attack on the Turtles as a omen telling them not to seek vengeance against the turtles. Karai argues that she is doing her duty by following their master's wishes and leading the foot as he would have wanted. And He would do well to remember his duty.
*I am currently playing Meiyo from just after this episode.
I am not 100% happy with how I've adapted things after this point for this season and I may change it.
93 Sicon of the Shredder – Meiyo doesn't appear in this episode, because of his objections to Karai attacking the trutles she kept him in the dark about the attack.
94 Prodigal Son – Raphael confronts Meiyo outside the chamber where Karai is giving her report to her father's effigy. Meiyo apologised for the attack and explained he would have warned the turtles if he had known. When Raphael asked why he's still with the foot. Meiyo replied that he couldn't no more abandon Karai now than he could above Beijing.
Raphael tells Meiyo that he might not be able to save his sister this time and would only doom himself to the same fate. Meiyo says that if Raphael was here to kill then he and Karai would already be dead, and then lets the other turtle pass for his confrontation with Karai. But he also warns that he will be watching them, in case Raphael changes his mind.
102/013 Good Genes – In part two April goes to the power plant alone, Raph Mikey and Casey break into foot headquaters, Mikey goes to cause a distraction by blowing up the giant foot mechs while Casey and Raph go after the gem of Tengu.
Meiyo runs into Mikey but loses after Mikey steals one of the foot mechs. The rest of the episode continues as normal.
